Who are we?

F That is a digital creative agency working predominantly in the music industry. While we create all kinds of digital assets, our main objective is to disrupt the ordinary with content designed for impact.

Some of the content that we make includes official videos, AR filters, 2D and 3D animations, mobile and browser games, DSP assets (including Apple Music motion assets and Spotify canvases), and outdoor advertising.

We work with a range of companies and organisations such as Warner Records, Dirty Hit, Polydor, Columbia, Island, AEG, Atlantic, Partisan, Deliveroo, WWF and AWAL, among others. Some of our recent projects include De La Soul, Ashnikko, Metallica, Dermot Kennedy, U2, Anne Marie, Gorillaz, Elton John, Beabadoobee, David Bowie, Ed Sheeran, and Calvin Harris.

We are a friendly, hard working, inclusive team that values trust, creativity, and passion. We believe in helping our staff to grow within their roles so all team members are encouraged to participate in training courses in areas they want to develop.

As we have a hybrid work model we maintain strong team bonds through regular catch ups and group activities such as summer and Christmas parties, and music industry events.

  • Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms
  • An understanding of design software (such as Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc)
  • Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets (Google Sheets)

  • The ability to problem solve

Personal Qualities:

  • Driven and enthusiastic
  • Flexible (adaptable to, and accepting of, abrupt changes and unforeseen challenges)
  • Comfortable working remotely as well as within an office environment
  • Has a love for music

Professional Experience:

  • Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

What does the role entail?

Project Management:

The core responsibility of the role will be managing all aspects of a project life cycle to ensure everything runs smoothly, with support from the senior Operations team (Project Lead and Project Manager). This includes liaising with clients, briefing designers, overseeing asset creation, handling feedback, and ensuring all delivery deadlines are met.

Organisation and problem solving are important requirements for this position. We have a number of retainer clients and new projects coming in daily, so the ability to prioritise correctly and juggle multiple projects and clients is essential.

It is also key that you have a great eye for detail. You must be able to spot any errors in assets such as spelling mistakes, incorrect audio or visuals, etc. The Operations team is the safety net between the clients and designers, and it is our responsibility to ensure that briefs are met and all assets are of a high standard.

Designer Management:

As well as dealing with clients you will also be working with our team of designers. As part of the Operations team, you will be the point person coordinating the work between the client and designers. It’s crucial that all of the details of a brief are fully communicated to the designers so that they can carry out their tasks efficiently. This includes clarifying questions on behalf of the designers, and giving internal feedback on assets to ensure they meet the brief and are of top quality.

In addition, the Junior Project Manager would assist the Operations team with managing the daily workloads of the designers. This involves meetings with the senior Operations team to run through all current projects and designer’s workloads, and reporting on the statuses of the projects you are handling (flagging delays or increase of scope, etc).

It’s important to understand how assets are created when dealing with both clients and designers. Therefore you should be familiar with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Design experience is not essential but would be helpful.

Social Media Management:

The vast majority of the content that we produce is for social media channels so it’s essential that you understand them well.

On top of this, part of this role will be managing and growing the following of our social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, The Dots, and Creative Commission. We are looking for someone who can come up with effective strategies for growing the channels as well as keeping up with the latest updates and changes to the platforms.

Other:

This role will also include supporting the senior Operations team with ad hoc admin tasks. For example, setting up meetings, dealing with invoicing, updating spreadsheets, and research.
