Job Title: Creator Partnerships Manager, Atlantic Records

A little bit about our team:

Atlantic Records UK is home to some of the most iconic UK artists from household names such as Ed Sheeran, Anne-Marie, Charli XCX & Burna Boy to emerging names such as Nathan Dawe, Fred Again..and Maisie Peters. You’d be joining the Audience team, who work hand in hand with Marketing to construct our artist campaigns, driving amplification online, growing audiences and dialling in on communities forming around our artists. We do this in a number of ways including creating, marketing & optimising content, developing and implementing fan acquisition strategies, and working with new digital platforms and startups.


Your role

As Creator Partnerships Manager, you will manage the creator & culture partnerships and strategy for our roster of artists. You will live and breathe creator marketing, with an ever evolving black book of target creators, third party pages and agencies across all genres and areas of interest. You’ll bring focus to our impact marketing efforts, with clear understanding of how to move artist content and music through short form environments to positively affect awareness, consumption and fandom. You’ll work closely with Audience, Marketing and Creative teams to bring campaigns to life, and help educate the label on trends and developments in this space.


Here you’ll get to
  • Lead on creator partnership campaigns for our artists and manage on-platform cultural dissemination of their music and content. Work closely with Audience, Marketing and Data teams to devise best in class creator activations and strategies.
  • Grow a vast & segmented database of creators, meme pages, third party channels and influencer agencies, across all genres and interest areas, and regularly seek out new influencers to work with.
  • Proficiently read and translate relevant data, reporting back to the team with the objective of informing creator strategy; pivot plans with reactive agility should the data suggest doing so would be fruitful.
  • Maintain and constantly update a ‘playbook’ of levers to pull at various stages of a campaign to affect positive change in consumption, awareness and growth.
  • Commission creator content sessions with artists, working with current and exciting creators to produce world beating content for moments of impact marketing, to place on artist, creator and third-party channels.
  • Invite relevant influencers/creators to artists’ shows & events.
  • Investigate opportunities for creator partnerships across niche or alternative platforms, including but not limited to Reddit & Soundcloud.
  • Help develop Atlantic Records UK as a hub for new, young creators to learn & grow – including regular mixers & events.
  • Gifting – work with the ECRM, audience and marketing teams to ensure key merch items / bundles and marketing/promo packages are gifted to relevant creators and third-party pages.
  • Work closely with the UK based international team to make sure key territories are taken into account when devising global creator strategies.
  • Work with the US team to add value to the UK campaigns for our large roster of US artists including Cardi B, Lizzo, Bruno Mars, Jack Harlow and many more.

About you
  • You love music
  • You intricately know the world of social video, prolific creators and current trends.
  • You have experience in devising and executing creator campaigns in the Entertainment space, preferably with Music Industry experience.
  • You are skilled in ideating creative briefs for short form creator content, based on goals bespoke to each artist and each campaign.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the wider ecosystem of entertainment consumption and how creator marketing can move the needle in music campaigns.
  • You are experienced in monitoring, reporting and re-evaluating campaigns with agility for the best possible outcome.
  • You are proactive, curious and meticulous when it comes to seeking out trends and opportunities.
  • You are an effective communicator, capable of building relationships with creators across all genres and areas of interest.
  • You have experience in briefing talent on content with creators and in communicating objectives and goals to all parties.
  • You are a skilled negotiator, able to extract the best value for the label when briefing creator campaigns.
  • You thrive on the potential to create moments of virality.

We’d love it if you also had:

  • The ability to create content, you’re good with a lens and have an eye for effective 9:16 content.
  • Technical skills such as Premiere, Final Cut, Audio Manipulation Software and CapCut
