Avex USA’s three core business pillars encompass Avex USA Publishing, the next-generation record label SELENE, and the music startup investment program Future of Music Investment Fund. Role
- Manage/grow/develop the publishing A&R division bringing new ideas/strategies
- Sign new writers/producers/talent
- A&R service for the existing roster
- Develop an efficient and sustainable operation flow
- Develop young employees
- Create synergy across the publishing roster and other divisions of Avex
Qualifications
- Strong creative network/acumen
- Experience signing writers/producers
- Affluent experience/knowledge of publishing, including managing a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset to innovate on business models to build a next generation boutique IP company
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with top executives and talent
- 6+ years of industry experience
