Salary Range: $53,000 – $69,000 (depending on location)
Location: Bloomington, IN, Brooklyn, NY, or Los Angeles, CA
Reports to: Director of Digital Account Strategy

Position Summary:
Secretly Distribution seeks a Streaming Account Manager to fill an existing position within a growing digital department. This is a full-time position based in one of our US offices (New York, LA, Bloomington). The Streaming Account Manager will act as the lead conduit for key North American DSP relationships including Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon. With a focus on developing and maintaining all relevant relationships, a successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of the digital landscape as a whole, an aptitude for analytics, and an ability to identify and translate audience behavior to drive results across DSPs. The Streaming Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and managing the day-to-day duties of a Streaming Account Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with local contacts across major streaming platforms
- Define and execute streaming strategy across new release and catalog campaigns
- Develop creative and unique campaign initiatives in collaboration with distributed partners and internal team members to drive streaming performance and audience development
- Communicate campaign strategy and major updates to key DSPs to secure editorial support, marketing and partnership opportunities that align with campaign objectives
- Conduct regular campaign analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Educate distributed partners of product updates, initiatives, best practices, and other relevant news across the streaming music ecosystem
- Oversee and provide guidance to the Streaming Coordinator with account management, reporting and administrative duties
Requirements:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role working within music distribution, label or artist management organizations
- Excellent client service and relationship-building capability
- A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and service offerings
- Experienced in coordinating with streaming and audience engagement platforms, labels, managers and artists on campaigns
- Passionate and knowledgeable about music and culture
- A solid network of industry-specific connections, including key contacts at digital music services
- Strong organizational and time management skills: ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to use analytics for persuasive and compelling stories that support our campaigns
- Experience with working across multiple organizational levels
- Ability to work creatively and collaboratively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that illustrate organization and attention to detail
