About You:

As a Performance Marketer at Revelator, you will play a key role in optimizing our digital campaigns, maximizing ROI, and fueling our growth. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized team player.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute innovative and ROI-focused digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Create and modify ad assets, landing pages, autoresponder emails – in multiple languages.
  • Track & analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Implement CRO strategies to improve website and landing page conversion rates.
  • Ability to track CRO / CAC / LTV.
  • A/B test and iterate on creative assets and messaging to drive better performance.

4. Paid Media Management:

  • Manage external PPC specialists.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Creative mindset with experience in developing compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot.
  • Experience in performance marketing for the music industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of marketing technology stack and tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Native English speaker or very high level of English, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
  • Experience in performance marketing for SaaS.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
