Frontiers Records is looking for a highly skilled and experienced person to handle the European label management, with marketing responsibilities in the international digital and social media environment.
Specifically, the activities include:
- Set-up, management, development and execution of marketing plans for the label’s artists with emphasis on the European market and digital sales set-up;
- Supervision of content creation and advertising campaigns (executed by third parties);
- Management and supervision of the relationship with the distributors and product set up, preorder campaigns, orders collection and manufacturing orders;
- General product management assistance, including release calendarization, operational marketing and communication with artists.
- A&R skills are a bonus
Requirements needed
- Preferred qualification in economics / marketing and communication;
- Excellent computer skills (Office package);
- In-depth knowledge of the main social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest), digital platforms (Spotify, Youtube, Deezer, Amazon Music, Apple Music etc), key accounts and media in the European market;
- Knowledge of web and e-mail marketing tools;
- Copywriting skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Passion and good knowledge of Hard Rock and Metal music is preferred.
