The Anjunadeep team is actively seeking a dynamic Junior Product Manager to become an integral part of our expanding, dedicated, and passionate label team. We are on the lookout for an individual with exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, a proactive and go-getter attitude, as well as excellent communication skills. RESONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and represent acts assigned to you
  • Support the Senior Product Managers with their acts and projects
  • Brief, manage and handle all assets ensuring these are distributed to all the relevant teams both internal and external and adhere to strict release deadlines
  • Deal effectively with all production supply chain queries to ensure no impact to release dates
  • Ensure all information is accurately communicated to all departments regarding strategy, release plans, changes, developments etc
  • Help Senior Product Managers with the planning, execution of Marketing Campaigns for upcoming releases on designated artists and projects
  • Coordinate artist’s / project activities around record releases (press, tools, campaigns, advertising etc)
  • Analyse, generate and distribute analytical project information to all relevant teams including project updates to all sales teams
  • Write sales notes
  • Brief art department and content creators for release assets
  • Analyse and circulate weekly sales information, identifying trends and communicating this to the wider team
  • Coordinate and monitor third-party marketing agencies

ABOUT YOU
  • At least 1 year work experience within a music company
  • Passion and knowledge of electronic music are essential
  • Have a working, functional knowledge of key artists, record labels and promoters in the electronic music space
  • Highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work within a fast-moving environment
  • Be up to date with the latest social media trends, companies and applications
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with Google documents and spreadsheets
  • A can-do and proactive attitude, and ability to independently find solutions to challenges
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Ableton, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro is required
